I can't believe you got rid of the hot tub. I might not be able to come visit now.

As I've read more of your blog, I've been amazed by how much a house can change over 5 years. Seeing your photos of the much-changed interior was really weird at first, but I do like the red living room! (It used to have a taupe-ish textured wallpaper.)
As for the hot tub, my father (and my grandfather and several family friends) installed it as well as that fence in 1990. Not that I blame Evan for his discomfort given the hot tub's recent history...
Just curious -- is the pool still there?
